The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 11 in iOS 13.1.2. Note that enabling this setting will cause your open tabs to close automatically after they have been open for one week. While we focus specifically on this option in this article, you can also elect to close those tabs automatically after one day or one month. Step 1: Tap the Settings icon. Step 2: Scroll down and open the Safari menu. Step 3: Scroll to the Tabs section of the menu and select the Close Tabs option. Step 4: Touch the After One Week option. As mentioned earlier you can instead choose to close those tabs automatically after 1 day or 1 month instead.
