According to the latest information, the camera of the Sony Honami will be the biggest draw of the Xperia i1. It comprises a 16 to 20 megapixel 1/16″ camera sensor, built-in xenon flash, and trademark BIONZ imaging processor, as well as a Cybershot G lens. The imaging processor has made its appearance in the advanced digital DSLR cameras (from the world of Sony) and is now providing tough challenges to the camera specs of the Nokia Lumia 920’s. According to the reports from IT68, the Xperia i1 Homani is supposed to be an updated version of the Xperia Z and has specs like a 5-inch 1080p display, a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 32 GB of internal storage space, 2GB + of RAM, and a2700-3000 mAh battery. It is also waterproof and dustproof. The Xperia i1 Homani is expected to be released in the Chinese markets before hitting the global markets in August or September—at the IFA 2013 in Berlin.
